DIY Credit Terms of Service

Effective Date: 01/01/2026

1 Agreement to These Terms

These Terms govern your use of DIY Credit’s website, educational materials, digital products, AI prompts, training, and optional review or coaching services, operated by Kingdom Financial Advisors ("we," "us," or "our").

By accepting these Terms at checkout or creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access our paid services. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

2 What DIY Credit Provides

DIY Credit provides education and tools to help you understand your credit reports, identify information that may require attention, organize your next steps, and prepare for homeownership.

Depending on your purchase, your program may include:

  •          Credit report reading and review education.

  •          AI prompts, sample letters, and dispute education.

  •          Training videos, checklists, and progress tracking resources.

  •          Credit-building and homebuyer-readiness education.

  •          Optional educational reviews or coaching.

The description displayed at checkout identifies what your purchase includes, its price, and any stated access period. Save a copy for your records. Unless expressly included in your order, we do not submit disputes, communicate with creditors or credit bureaus on your behalf, negotiate debts, or act as your representative.

3 Educational Scope and ResultsOur materials and services provide education. They do not establish an attorney-client relationship or replace individualized legal, tax, lending, or financial advice.

We do not guarantee:

  • A particular credit score or score increase.

  • Removal of any credit report information.

  • Mortgage approval, loan eligibility, or funding.

  • Eligibility for down payment assistance.

  •   A particular credit or lending result or completion timeline.

Results depend on your circumstances, actions, credit history, and decisions made by third parties. Testimonials and examples describe individual experiences and do not promise your results.

Nothing in these Terms changes the legal classification of our services or limits obligations imposed by applicable law.

4 Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide truthful information, protect your account credentials, and review materials before using them.

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any letter, statement, application, or other document you submit.

You may use our dispute resources to address information you reasonably believe is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, improperly reported, or unable to be verified through the applicable dispute process.

You may not use our services to:

  • Make false disputes or identity theft claims.

  • Misrepresent your identity, income, debts, or credit history.

  • Create or use a false credit identity.

  • Submit fabricated evidence.

  • Seek removal of accurate information through false statements.

Accurate negative information is not disputable merely because it is unfavorable. You are not required to submit a dispute when you have no legitimate basis for one.

5 AI Tools and Generated Materials

AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable content. Generated letters and recommendations require your review and may require professional advice.

Do not submit AI-generated content without checking its facts, wording, and relevance to your situation.

Do not enter Social Security numbers, account passwords, full account numbers, or other sensitive information into a third-party AI tool unless you have reviewed that provider’s privacy and security practices and determined that the disclosure is appropriate.

Third-party AI subscriptions are separate purchases unless expressly included at checkout.

6 Credit Readiness Dashboard and Other Third Party Services

The Credit Readiness Dashboard is provided through a third-party provider. Its subscription cost is separate from the DIY Credit program price unless your checkout expressly states otherwise.

Third-party providers control their own pricing, billing, cancellation procedures, data practices, availability, and terms. Canceling a DIY Credit purchase does not automatically cancel a third-party subscription.

Credit scores displayed by a monitoring service may differ from scores used by mortgage lenders or other creditors.

We may receive compensation from certain third-party referrals. Any material affiliate relationship will be disclosed where the recommendation or purchase link appears.

7 Prices Payments and Access

Your checkout will disclose the purchase price, any installment arrangement, and any recurring charges before you authorize payment.

We will not enroll you in recurring billing without disclosing the arrangement and obtaining your authorization.

Payments will be collected, and access or services will begin, only as permitted by applicable law. Any legally required waiting period or restriction on advance payment takes precedence over other purchase terms.

Your access period is the period stated in your order. No lifetime access is promised unless expressly stated.

8 Ninety-Day Money Back Policy

This is a do-the-work guarantee — not a satisfaction guarantee. Here's what that means: if you complete everything listed below and still don't feel clearer, more confident, and more in control of your credit than the day you enrolled, we will refund your purchase in full. But the refund is earned by the work, not by a feeling. Without the completed work shown below, there is no refund.

To qualify for a full refund of your purchase price, you must complete all of the following within the 90-day period, which begins on your purchase date:

(a) Complete all core modules of The DIY Credit System.
(b) Complete the Credit Readiness Assessment at enrollment and again at or around day 90.
(c) Complete the 90-day tracker, showing steady work spread across the
full 90-day period — not completed in a rush at the end — including certified mail receipts with USPS tracking numbers for every dispute letter mailed.
(d) Maintain an active credit monitoring subscription for the entire 90-day period, using the Credit Readiness Dashboard option we recommend at the time of your enrollment (currently SmartCredit, or any third-party monitoring service we designate in the future). You must pull your 3-bureau credit report at least once per calendar month, with your first pull completed within 3 days of your purchase date.

Failure to meet any condition above disqualifies the refund. Refund requests must be submitted within three (3) calendar days after the end of the 90-day period and must include your completed tracker and the information needed as described above. Once we receive it, our team will review it, verify if the work is done as required and move your request to completion and refund the amount initially paid for to its original form of payment within forty-five (45) business days.

After the full 90-day period ends, you have one calendar day to email your refund request, completed tracker, Certified Mail receipts, and paper or electronic Return Receipts to [Insert support email]. Your email and required documents must be submitted no later than the end of day 91 after purchase. There is no additional grace period.

Return Receipt requirements: Purchase a paper Return Receipt (PS Form 3811) or an electronic Return Receipt at the time of mailing. Retain the returned paper receipt or official electronic receipt showing the recipient or receiving agent’s signature and delivery date, together with the tracking record connecting that delivery to the credit bureau addressed. Include these records with your completed tracker as proof of receipt by the credit bureaus.

You may redact sensitive information from your tracker and receipts. Do not email unredacted Social Security numbers or full account numbers.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within sixty (60) days. Your individual financial institution may require additional processing time.

Scope of guarantee with add-ons:

This guarantee covers the purchase of eligible standalone DIY Credit program only. Our upgrade packages — the upgrade to expert file review (via email) and/or the 1-on-1 coaching package — are personal services.

They do include course access (which you do lose), but what you are purchasing extra is our personal time and attention on your specific situation. Were this an external transaction outside of the course it would be a considerably higher financial investment. Because this additional purchase/upgrade is tied to the DIY Credit course the total cost (DIY Credit + UPGRADE) is much lower. Additionally, because it involves an investment of time on our end and that time cannot be returned, these packages are non-refundable, and this guarantee does not apply to them in whole or in part.

9 Consumer Rights and Cancellation

You may dispute credit report errors directly with credit bureaus without purchasing our program. You may also obtain free credit reports through AnnualCreditReport.com.

Any applicable federal or state cancellation rights, mandatory disclosures, refund requirements, or consumer protections take precedence over these Terms.

Where separate contracts, disclosures, or cancellation forms are legally required, we will provide them. These Terms do not replace those documents or waive your rights.

10 Account Access and Intellectual Property

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, nontransferable license to use the purchased materials.

You may adapt templates and sample letters for your own legitimate use. You may not resell the program, share paid account access, publicly distribute training, or reproduce materials for commercial use without written permission.

You retain ownership of your personal information and documents.

11 Privacy and Communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and share personal information.

Provide sensitive documents only through the secure submission method we designate.

Purchasing does not, by itself, constitute consent to marketing text messages. Where required, marketing consent will be requested separately. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails or opt out of marketing texts using the instructions provided.

We may still send necessary purchase, account, security, and service communications.

12 Availability and Account Suspension

We may perform maintenance, update materials, or replace tools with reasonably comparable resources.

We may suspend access for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized sharing, or material violations of these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Suspension does not eliminate any refund or consumer rights required by law.

If we discontinue a purchased service, we will provide any remedy required by your purchase agreement or applicable law.

13 Liability

We are not responsible for independent decisions made by lenders, credit bureaus, creditors, government agencies, or third-party providers.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

These limitations do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or other liability that cannot legally be limited. They do not waive statutory consumer remedies.

14 Nonprofit Mission

DIY Credit operates under Kingdom Financial Advisors, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. One hundred percent of DIY Credit program net profits support our mission serving aged-out foster youth and mentoring at-risk youth.

A program purchase is payment for the purchased product or service. It is not automatically a tax-deductible donation.

Our charitable mission does not change your refund rights or other consumer protections.

15 Changes and Disputes

We may update these Terms prospectively and will identify the revised effective date. Material changes affecting existing purchases will be communicated as required by law.

Changes will not retroactively reduce a refund promise or other material benefit included with your purchase without your agreement.

Please contact [Insert support email] about a concern so we can attempt to resolve it. Contacting us is not a prerequisite to exercising any legal right or filing a complaint.

Applicable law governs disputes. Nothing in these Terms requires mandatory arbitration, waives class-action rights, or restricts a court or venue available to you under applicable law.
